Pain anywhere in the body can be treated
It's very effective!
Pain anywhere in the body can be treated, from the small intense pain of an arthritic joint to a more expansive pain radiating from the back, to the buttock and down the leg.
The amount of treatments necessary is dependant on how long the condition has persisted and the underlying damage of the area, but significant pain relief should be found with the first treatment.
Suzette may choose to use other therapeutic methods alongside the acupuncture. This can be Taping of the area, with the application of magnets or the use of Korean Hand Therapy where small acupressure discs are used on the hands in corresponding areas to the pain.
Each treatment is individually designed to give a speedy resolution to your painful condition. Although your pain will be reduced after one session, you may need more sessions at weekly intervals to feel completely pain free. With this in mind Suzette made available a short course of 4 treatments at a reduced price.
Where there is chronic Pain, (pain lasting longer than 3 months) significant improvement will be enhanced by some home care treatment which Suzette will train you in, so you have the tools at your finger tips to manage your pain.
“Pain sucks all the joy out of life, so I have to deal with that first” (Suzette King)
This client was awaiting surgery for a rotator cuff injury to the shoulder. He was in a lot of pain, especially at night and this was disrupting his sleep.
After acupuncture, Taping was used to support the shoulder and a magnet was used over the point of pain. The magnet not only helps reduce pain it also reduces inflammation.
After the first treatment this client was able to sleep and the pain was reduced significantly, which makes waiting for an operation possible.
